Terms of Engagement & Service

1. Scope of Services

Lefyx LLC provides business process outsourcing, dedicated outbound sales development representatives (SDRs), list curation, and lead generation support for independent real estate investors, wholesalers, and investment entities. Lefyx LLC is not a licensed real estate broker, lender, or financial adviser.

2. Retainer & Billing Terms

All client engagements operate on pre-paid monthly retainers unless otherwise agreed in a separate Statement of Work (SOW). Services renew automatically every thirty (30) days. Clients may cancel or pause services by providing written notice to sales@lefyx.com at least fourteen (14) calendar days prior to the subsequent billing cycle.

3. Qualification Standard & Replacement Credit

Leads are delivered pursuant to Lefyx's 4-Pillars qualification benchmark (Motivation, Timeline, Condition, and Price). In the event a delivered record fails to meet all four defined criteria, client may submit the call record within forty-eight (48) hours of receipt for Quality Assurance audit. Verified non-conforming records will receive an immediate replacement credit.

4. Governing Law & Jurisdiction

These terms and all operational agreements are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of New Mexico, USA, without regard to conflict of law principles.
